Meet the Leadership Team...
Paula Pirone
Paula Pirone serves as the President of Axial Agency. She has developed and executed a broad range of marketing initiatives and sales programs that have produced millions of new business revenues. Paula is passionately dedicated and operates with the highest integrity. Her contributions include the development and management of a joint sports/health marketing program with the National Football League. Paula spearheaded the conception and delivery of marketing initiatives and events that included all 32 divisions of the NFL , resulting in $120M in trackable sales. A Stanford double graduate Paula has also owned and operated several successful small businesses, including Constant Communications. In 2001 Paula turned her focus to the healthcare industry.
Paula Pirone is the recipient of the coveted 2011/2012/2013 Insighter's Leadership Development award presented to the top 100 Outstanding Executive Leaders in the United States.


Drey Chennells
Drey Chennells is the Vice President of Strategic Development. He specializes in brand positioning and leading overall marketing initiatives to drive revenue, improve industry market share, build brand loyalty, and support development growth. Additionally, Drey oversees marketing and public relations for fitness brands, and directs the development of long-range growth strategy for the brands through strategic plans. Dre has over 19 years of marketing, training and business development experience.
During his three year tenure at Axial Agency, Drey has created and launched over 12 unique promotional fitness sweepstakes, each setting new ROI records, as well as two new, industry awarded, with brand campaign launches.
Erin Flemister
Erin is a Marketing Executive focused on delivering a profitable customer experience across all marketing channels. She has proven to be highly effective at leading and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, top line growth and bottom-line impact. Her progressive background blends advertising agency and corporate experience. Erin has had experience working successfully in agency, corporate, and retail environments.
Adept at both B2B and B2C marketing, as well as the more unique B2B, B2C model. Erin has launched new business lines, directed Service and Sales units, successfully repositioned business models to focus on the customer, directed multimedia marketing campaigns, and guided channel integration initiatives.
Complementing Erin's strong traditional marketing (print, direct mail, TV, radio) background she also has an extensive expertise in all areas of digital marketing: website, e-commerce, email, social media, mobile, search marketing (SEO and SEM), user-generated content, product demos and videos.
